It is clear that if we had another ranking criterion to take into account such as Support’s response time and effectiveness, then it would very likely that the ranking order of each platform wouldn’t be the same. What do we do though, if we consider that both the volume of transactions and the Support’s time of response and effectiveness are equally important reasons for making our decision?
At first, we create a table as we did earlier, applying the highest risk degree coefficient to the platform with the slowest and less effective Support. In the fifth column we place the amounts we calculated by taking into account only the volume of transactions, and in the sixth column we place the averages which will constitute the final allocation of our capital.
