Particular attention should be paid when creating a Support account. Most platforms have handed over the problem-solving request service to third-party businesses (Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.), in which users should create a different account than they already have for the platform. So if we create a Poloniex account and we have a username and a password, then we will have to create a separate Support account with the same e-mail that we have for Poloniex, but with a different password, since we are essentially addressing to another business (Freshdesk).
